London, Here We Come!

We're off to London for Len's friend Lik Shien's wedding. More posts when we get there!

UK Holiday: Liverpool Day 1

We left for our Liverpool/London holiday yesterday morning after spending the past few days packing and re-packing, prepping and PRAYING. It's one of the last few holidays Zac will be travelling as an infant, afterwhich, he'll get a seat all to himself. In meantime, he'll be sitting on my lap or Len's lap for the duration of the flight which is a little easier said than done when he thrashes around like a large fish. This is where all that praying comes in. I consciously pleaded with the Lord as I stepped onto the aircraft for journey mercies and for a quiet and safe flight. Miraculously, Zac slept just as we started taxi-ing onto the runway and slept all the way until about 10 minutes before we were due to land!

The Lord is good and His mercies endure forever!

We spent the day walking around the shopping area, a stonesthrow away from our service apartment. I'll post some more when I get the chance. Otherwise, watch this space for updates after we return on Saturday.
